We aim to deliver your favorite ZynAura products to your doorstep as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We offer only domestic shipping options.

Domestic (Pakistan):

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

• Shipping Fee: PKR 200 (Free on orders above PKR 4,000)

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delays or Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver your order on time, ZynAura is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at zynaura0@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. ZynAura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address or order details. However, contact us immediately if you need help, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
